Was good whilst it lasted
After wheeling around warehouses so good floors one of the wheels has snapped.

Wheels broke
Great for wheeling down driveways , took onto a big site and wheels lasted a week! Plastic snapped. Over all it was a decent box slightly bigger than normal tstak box but not upto heavy duty use on a muddy site

Wheels are poor quality
Bought just a month ago the wheel has shattered on a simple kerb. The box was only loaded with hand tools, maybe 30kg but the wheels on this box are different to the stand-alone trolley, they have far less reinforcement and seem to be brittle. I’d avoid this box at all costs, go for the stand-alone trolley at least but i will be replacing this item as not fit for purpose. Going to try the Milwaulkee as it looks better quality.

Poor
I had one for a few months and then I took it to another site on the train, it caught on a step and broke the plastic that holds the handle in ! Never managed to use it again without the handle pulling out. Poor design poor quality.

Not a great product from dewalt
Had the box a couple of weeks now and all was good to start with but the clip that holds the handle to the box isn’t very strong and now keeps unclipping itself. It’s a no from me dewalt. Unfortunately it’s nowhere near as good as the dewalt tough system. I regret buying it. It’s not tough enough for D.I.Yers let alone tradesmen.
