DeWalt 12” Water-pump Pliers
I reviewed various makes of water pump pliers before deciding on this make. When searching the web for a local supplier B&Q came up, this was ideal as I have bought many thinks from B&Q and always had excellent service and good products so it was an easy choice to make. I decided to call in and pick them up straight away as I was passing and went in straight to the pliers section only to find they were not there. I checked on my phone and it said there were three pairs in stock so I went to the assistant to ask. She was extremely helpful and said they were held in the trade section which she showed me to. They were indeed there and I came away a happy customer.
