With the right bulb attached, it gives a nice dim glow and the light bounces off of the copper needles. Using an energy efficient bulb has added to.the touch. Very durable. Just watch out for spider webs.

The lamp has a long drop length and the shade overall suits it’s purpose. Only downside is the need for a high ceiling and a large room for it to look right.
