Good value for a useful little product
I bought this product last week. I have used it a few times. It's great for use in small spaces eg cleaning out cupboards and seeing what is lurking at the back. The design means it is stable when put in position either side on or upright. The inbuilt hook means it is possible hang up to store. The main light function is very bright. The second (smaller) light function is good. I agree with other reviewers that the on/off button may not stand the test of time, but it is of a size that is easy to use and gives an audible click on and off. I am not quite sure about replacing the battery - the packaging should be made clearer on that. I'm glad I bought it. It's very good value for the price.

Very bright
Wanted some cheap but bright lights to use at an outside party. These proved excellent as very bright for their compact size.

really bright for its size
Bought this as a temp measure whilst my bathroom light wasn't working, it's really bright and was great was illuminating the bathroom. My only qualm is the on/off button is a bit fiddly and had popped out once, but otherwise fine!

Update
Further to earlier review, I had a stock of AAA batteries and when installed the light works perfectly. At least saves me a return trip to the store but really B&Q you ought to do better.

Great wee light, but.....
Have just bought 2 of these, a red & a blue, as handy torches to keep in our cars. Red one gives fantastic light for such a small gadget. Blue one doesn't work!!! Like a previous reviewer I thought there must be some sort of safety strip to safeguard the batteries pre-sale but as the other one worked immediately this can't be so. Hey ho, it's back to the store for a replacement. Moral of the story. Check it works before you buy!,
