Very nice............had our first iced window the other day and it worked well :)

not very good
the ice scraper is not completely flat so does not clean the windscreen very well. If it were more expensive than the cost of fuel to return it I would have done so and asked for a refund

Poor Product
I bought this as a replacement and found that the first time I used it there was an incomplete clearance of the ice from my windscreen despite repeated scraping. I have since replaced it with a superior product
