Worked ok
I bought this product because the previous original cistern lever broke. I was pleased to find that a replacement was readily available and I didn’t have to change more of the cistern mechanism.

Does the job on a simple/standard Cistern
It is cheap, and the primary part is made of rigid plastic, but it is universal, simple and does the job.

As with other comments the hole is not big enough, not a problem i usually have. Why no mention of hole size or that it's not universal fits all size. Most of us are amateurs who know nothing of components, make it simple.

Useless
Bought this thinking it would fit - it doesn't. It has an 8mm square hole and I need the 11mm square hole . As I have spent the last 20 minutes trying to get it on the larger spindle - I can't even take it back for a refund. Do not waste your money on this - unless you go straight for the replacement lever kit to start with...... (you get one star for that)

Useless buy. Please revise shank hole size. Do not buy unless you have a small one.
