Nice box, shamne about the screws.
This should NOT be fitted with self-tapping screws. I will be putting in my invoice for the tapping service. Something like this, to be rated IP55, needs to be properly sealed and needs machine screws with tapped inserts. Self tappers with non-standard heads (they are not even true PS/PZ heads) aren't up to being opened again or producing enough pressure on the seal.

I bought the product as an addition to my electrical garden wiring loom which needed to be replaced and has done so admirably which goes to show you don't have to spend an absolute fortune on items when more cost effective products will suffice and are just as capable of providing a safe environment

Does the job - can’t ask for more
Despite the reservations I hold for some Diall products this seems well made and easy to install. I did follow the advice of another reviewer and gently ease the self-tapping screws in.

Does what it says on the tin
Have used this junction box under a pergolla. It blends in beautifully, its head resistent and very neat. The screws are a bit fiddly but it does what it says on the tin !
