What a rip off
I bought these even though i shudnt have with the price. B&q close to home compared to the likes of other screw or tool shops. These are a total rip off. Over £3 for 20 little washers just found out i could have purchased 100 stainless steel ones for just over £1 at a screw store. Too much hassle to take back but certainly wont buy nuts bolts or washers from here ever again. Will travel the extra few mile to go elsewhere. Get your prices in line with everyone else or you will loose your customers. Im a trade card holder which with the new system is useless im no better off than Joe Public unless i spend £1000 per month. Getting a joke for a big shed hardware store.
