Improved unit

Cheap plastic latch
Plastic latch is too weak and does not spring back rendering the product useless.

Dreadful quality
Second one that I have bought. When screwed in the latch always sticks so door never stays shut. Do not buy this product

How big?
In all my days of installing doors and hardware I have never seen a latch 170MM long. Someone please teach the person writing specs to use a ruler.

Description incorrect
The backset is the centre of the spindle not the length of the latch. Description says backset is 76mm the length is described as 170mm and 76mm wide. These are not the case, has to be returned as no good for the job.

cheap junk made of plastic
bought it to replace the broken one. the latch is all plastic inside and broke after I moved handle a few times. it got stuck inside and would not eject anymore.. really poor quality product. don't buy, it is cheap so you won't waste much of your money but you will definitely waste time having to install it and then only go and buy another somewhere else
