Value product
Only paid 50p but does the job better than a knife

I would have been better off using a potato
I used this to scrape the silicone from around my sink. The cheap plastic wore within the first few seconds, making the tool completely useless. I know it was cheap but what's the point of selling a product which has obviously not been tested for its purpose?

Hard to remove existing silicon
Its just a plastic piece doesnt do much didnt return as i had opened it

What is it??
The title states it a Sealant Smoothing Tool and then the description states it’s a removal tool for cured sealant! Not fit for purpose for either.

Very cheaply made
The blade is made from cheap plastic that goes blunt very quickly and the product becomes useless. Only positive about the product is its cheap and easy to use but i would much rather more heavy duty tool

Way better than I thought
I bought this on a whim as its cheap. My thought was "it'll probably break instantly, but its cheap so let's give it a go". Very surprised, it did 80% of the removal job in 2 mins. For the job it did in, and the cost of the tool, its one of the best specialist tools I've ever used!

It has its uses
This does have its uses, I scraped most of the Sealent off with a knife then put Sealent remover past on it. Then I used this tool to scrape up all the mush, it worked a treat and would of been super difficult to get the same result with a knife.

This tool needs a guard on the blade!
I bought this as I have used similar before. Whilst trying to remove stubborn silicone I accidentally put my small finger into the hole with the blade and took the top off my finger. A simple detachable guard would be easy to make and prevent a painful mishap. I hate to think of a child getting hold of it!

as a sealant remover its a good paint stirrer.
The end snapped off after less that 10 minutes light use. Achieved partial removal of 2 ft silicon bath sealant. Items like this could be expected out of a Christmas cracker. Avoid.

Leaves black marks
Don't use these on any painted surface as giant black streaks are left....
