Achieves a very neat finish
I have used this product a few times over the years. I feel it gives the back of a kitchen worktop a really good finish with tiling compared to using silicon sealant. It's not particularly flexible so don't think you can squeeze in a 10mm tile. It suits 7, 8 and 9mm tiles. Just need to bed it in with some tile adhesive and then start fixing the tiles.

Perfect finish for tiles
I have used this in the past as I love the easy concave finish it gives to the bottom edge of the tiles. I used this in my en-suite around the shower base with a thin bead of silicone underneath to stop any change of water leakage. I also used it around the worktops in my kitchen. I find it much neater than using silicone alone and it's simple to cut the angles for both internal and external corners.
