Not as described
Whilst the product number on the packaging matches the product code on the order (and on the shelves), it is not white but silver/aluminium. Very disappointing, especially given as wasn't easy to find online (poor search facility) and lack of click and collect or delivery in my location. Long drive to store that could provide only to find product not what I had ordered but had to keep it as limited time to do job.

This item is 2 pieces at 1.25 metres not 1 piece
Disappointed to travel 30 miles round trip to find this item is not 2.5 metres long. It’s 2 pieces at 1.25 metres.
