Utter Rubbish
The instructions are terrible. The clips were made of flimsy tin and the screws were terrible. When I connected the draft excluder to the clips it kept falling off. I ended up drilling holes in it and screwing it to the door

RUBBISH
The worst and smallest instructions that do not make any sense at all. This product is totally let down by the fittings and instructions. Somebody somewhere at B&Q has actually sat in front of a salesperson demonstrating this product and said yes we will sell this product. Well you should be sacked. I have returned this item the very same day I purchased it. Makes you wonder what other rubbish B&Q are selling. I have given this review 1 star because there is no option for a zero star.

Poor instructions
Many thanks to Telstar 14 for the correct instructions for fitting this draught excluder. Basically it is a decent quality product, badly let down by shocking instructions and poor quality screws. Surely B&Q quality control should have spotted this.

Very poor fittings and instructions
I have no words. Just, good luck if you have bought this and are trying to fit it. In fact, a few words of advice 1. Put door strip in place, touching floor and draw a pencil line along the top 2. Position clip 2-3mm below pencil libe and mark hole 3. DO NOT use their screws to secure fittings 4. Once all 4 fittings are screwed on, bend them forward slightly so bar can be fitted from top. Don't bother trying to slide it on 5. Once bar fits nicely, remove red tape and then push the bar fully into position (you only get one go at this, so don't mess it up)

OK for now
It’s OK when it’s installed but doesn’t seem all that sturdy and installing it with the metal fixings is a little tricky to get perfect.

Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Diall White Draught Excluder was very easy to fit with good instructions. Has worked a treat on our door keeping the draught out. It fits well and is well made. Would highly recommend particularly with winter looming.

Easy to fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to cut to size, as we have an unconventional sized larder door we’ve been unable to replace but has a draught under the door, particularly in the winter. Too early to tell how well it works to block that as currently in a heatwave. Easy to install with minimal tools required. Doesn’t have end caps and the holes are quite small. I personally wouldn’t put this on a door where it would be seen daily from an aesthetic point of view but it serves its purpose

Diall White draught proofing strip
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been meaning to draught proof the front door prior to the advent of winter and saw this kit. The contents are solid and robust and comes with fitting screws. However the instructions on the packaging could be far more comprehensive and in bigger text so it would be easier to follow. Fitting the kit required some measuring and cutting of the strips to fit. Fairly easy to do if you have the right tools

Front door revamp
