Cord keeps snapping
The cord looks great but keeps snapping off . Not sure if it’s the way it’s been secured . Does anyone have any suggestions how best to attach it?

Looks great; chain too short
It looks great and is exactly what I wanted. BUT the chain at 80 cms is too short for young children to reach so need to return it. B and Q do not have the chain length on online description - an oversight I think.
