I bought this as I had a blocked drain, it was easy to use and the fact that it was long meant that I was able to clear all the blockage

Quite handy when unblocking a drain
I bought this last month, and it solved the problem of unclogging the blocked toilet. Kept for any future use, worth the money in the first use itself. any extra use is a bonus.

Does exactly what was needed
After trying a variety of sink unblockers in liquid form I decided we had to try one of these. There was obviously a bigger blockage somewhere - approx 1 metre from the plughole. Using this was incredibly easy - the only issue was it got stuck on our pipes sometimes, but that was due to our pipes and not the product itself. Knowing how the coil worked (I tried it out first) helped me figure out what to do. After getting it as far as possible through the blockage and then twisting it completely removed the blockage. 1 hot kettle of flush through and the sink and drain has worked perfectly since. Rinse in hot water and ready for the next time. Often the simple mechanical ways still the best.

Don’t waste your money
Unless you have dead straight pipes from your bath or sink, then this is a complete waste of money as it doesn’t bend through the pipes. Buy some vinegar and Bicarb instead!

Terrible, does not flex round bends.
I tried using this to unblock a kitchen sink, it does not flex around the bends in the pipe. It’s useless unless required for a completely straight pipe. went back to using a plunger which worked.

Our boiler was blocked and there was nő heating. My husband fixed it with this tool. I suggest to buy one it is useful to have one at home when needed.

Useful to have.
The bathroom sink was blocked and the Drain Coil unblocked it in seconds. I would recommend this product.
