Dulux Trade All Purpose Primer is a solvent-based primer. It takes up to 16 hours to dry and each tin covers a surface area of up to 8m² per litre on average.
- Suitable for Masonry, metal & wood surfaces
- Brush or roller application
- Instructions for Use - Apply one coat of Dulux Trade all purpose primer to all bare areas. Two coats are recommended for badly rusted metal. Allow to dry for a minimum of six hours, then apply an appropriate finishing coat

- Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Contains 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one and C(M)IT/MIT(3:1). May produce an allergic reaction. Warning! Hazardous respirable droplets may be formed when sprayed. Do not breathe spray or mist.

Did not provide an even "key" across the painted s
Looked like some sort of production failure. some parts it provided a good key but on others had a watery finish which needed 4 coats. As the customer you cant prove this of course and there is no way to take it back to the shop as you only discover the problem once its painted!!!
