Product information
Dulux Silk is a smooth and creamy emulsion paint for use on walls and ceilings, giving a delicate shine finish. Silk emulsion looks especially good on perfectly plastered or skimmed walls. At B&Q we want you to be satisfied with your colour selection. Not all monitors will display colours the same and paint tins may not show the same colour as your walls do in natural light. We therefore recommend you order a tester pot online or pop in store to pick one up so you are sure that this is the right colour for you.

Disappointingly thin paint
Disappointed either way how thin this paint is - I needed 4 coats to cover pale lilac with magnolia, and it splattered and sprayed a lot. Very sad Dulux Once is now only available in Matt and not Silk, as that’s much thicker and only required 1 or 2 coats, not 4.

Great product
Excellent neutral colour that is a good contrast to more dominant colours, and we bought it has part of the B&Q 3 for 2 offer. Great value

Excellent quality paint!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A really good quality paint. Easy to apply, and only needed 2 coats to get full coverage. The colour is great as well, not too dark but a nice warm grey colour. Got the 2.5L and it was plenty to do a small room. Definitely would recommend this dulux paint!

Great brand, great paint
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brand is tried and tested as a market leader and for good cause. The paint is a good consistency (some other brands have been too watery or too thick). Also the application is easy and it looks nice when dry.

Not great
I bought this for my living room and 3 coats later still and still peels off easily. I personally don’t recommend.

Amazing
