Safety Information
The machine is completely unplugged or the battery removed, when fitting or removing the blade. The correct specification blade (diameter, bore and speed) has been selected for the intended application and machine. The blades are handled and stored carefully to prevent accidental damage to the teeth.
The work area is free from children, animals or other distractions. The machine selected for the operation is of the correct specification and is regularly serviced.
Always wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment . The maximum rpm of the machine does not exceed the operating speed marked on the product. The direction of rotation of the blade and machine are correctly aligned.
If the body of the blade is cracked it shall be scrapped. Repairing is not permitted. The work area is clean and tidy and complies with any need for barriers, signs, warning notices etc. The operator has been properly trained and understands how to use these products safely.
The teeth are not missing, damaged or excessively worn. If the teeth tip dimensions are below 1mm, then replace the blade (Diagram A). Fastening of Tools and Tool Parts ALWAYS unplug the machine and remove any batteries before attempting to fit a new blade.
Tools and tool bodies shall be clamped in such a way that they do not loosen during operation.
Care shall be taken when mounting tools to ensure that the cutting edges are not in contact with each other or with the clamping elements.
Clamping surfaces shall be cleaned to remove dirt, grease, oil and water.
Fastening Screws and nuts shall be tightened using the appropriate spanners etc. and to the torque value provided by the manufacturer.
Extension of the spanner or tightening using hammer blows shall not be permitted.

It says it cuts aluminium. It does cut aluminium.
Bought it to work with 2020 alu extrusion. It cuts the beams nicely, and fits my Lumberjack 10" mitre saw. The info, including the arrow on the blade is on the "wrong" side when installing (it's on the right, towards the motor, so it's mostly hidden), but that's super minor.

Highly effective, like a knife through butter
I am a huge fan of Erbauer products and generally think they represent better value than many other brands. This saw blade is no exception and continues to deliver a fine cut after much use. I used this recently on my chop saw as part of a project to make a hardwood desk for home working. I am delighted with the results and can highly recommend for cutting wood in particular. I am sure it offers the same performance on other materials.

Accurate neat cuts
This has been exactly what was needed to help me finish off my latest DIY project. It made easy work of cutting up pallets with ease. I was very impressed with the neatness and not much sanding was required afterwards. Great value for the price

Well worth the investment
This is a fantastic saw blade which is well worth the investment: smooth, burr free cutting every time. A capable and accurate blade which I find works the best for my trade as a carpenter, especially when cutting fiddly products such as dado rail.

Great circular saw blade
My husband has been freshing our bath up and so we got the Erbauer 80t (dia) 254mm circular saw blade to use for the job, it was great clean and accurate cuts every time ,and made the job a lot quicker and a lot happier. We would highly recommend it.

Great blade
Nice and sharp and fit for purpose. I've enjoyed using this blade, we cut up some woods for making a Console table and found it easy to use. Good quality blade, sturdy not cheaply made, hasn't blunted out quickly .
