THE BISCUITS ARE TOO BIG FOR THE ERBAUER SLOT
The biscuits are 45mm end to end. However, the Ebauer biscuit 1/4 inch router bit will only cut a slot 40mm long using the smallest bearing. Therefore you must either nibble the slot ends (risky) or reduce the biscuits which is a royal pain. What is the point of a manufacturer making a product that doesn't accommodate its specific router bit (rhetorical question) I can't be the only one to encounter this issue.
