Doesn’t deal with anything while wet!
Awful. Didn’t do what it promised at all. Shame I have to give it any stars.

Drips down and doesn’t stick
As the name of the product suggests I was in an emergency and thought I would try this product as a temporary fix of a cracked roof tile. I bought 2 tubes so I could really pack the gap with this storm babet. I didn’t want any rain in the attic. I have solar panels on the roof above the crack so tried to seal the small gap with this product. But because I was applying it upwards the gloppy solution just drips back down the gun and doesn’t stick like I thought it would. So even on a drain pipe that it says it repair, I don’t understand how I could if it drips even on a cleaned surface. Wouldn’t bother buying unless flat surface. Returned 2nd tube.

Perfect for sealing a leak in our shed roof. Early days yet but let's hope it lasts.

Does the job, easy to use
I've had a leak from the roof of our vestibule, this was where the ridge of the vestibule roof meets the main roof. Sealed this with this product, applied liberally and has been fine since.
