Excellent material for all sorts of plumbing jobs, especially with poor quality of modern "very cheap" plastic gaskets etc. Plumbers mait has many uses, and if you pay a plumber to visit, they usually use plumbers mait too

Easy to use
I bought this product and found it very easy to use on a leaking toilet waste. In less than 15 minutes the leak was fixed and appears to be working well weeks later.
