I find this product very good to prevent stains appearing before painting.

Great product and easy to use
I bought this to seal garage concrete block internal walls before painting them. PVA was on offer at the time, so got it for half the usual price - really pleased with that! Easy to use, just stirred it added an amount to water and then was good to go! Brushes washed clean with water too - very practical too.

Multi use PVA adhesive
Purchased to stick wallpaper to a 'problem' wall that was glossed. Easy to use straight from the tub with a brush, no messy squeezy bottles etc. Dried quickly & seems to have helped a long standing problem.
