Outstanding paint.
Absolutely love Farrow and Ball paints, just such good quality and amazing depth of colour. In our home and light, Charleston Gray is a gorgeous warm grey colour, with slight taupe undertones which I absolutely love. Have used exterior eggshell many years ago to paint our front door and after painting our upvc windows and wooden front door black, I couldn't bear to lose all traces of Charleston Gray so painted the brick work in it and in my opinion it's glorious.

Limewash
Limewash paint had a terrible structure, was very difficult to apply. Much worse than other limewash paints. Also, the user guide is controversial.

Charleston grey feature wall.
Fantastic flat Matt finish, easy to apply when following the correct procedure. Highly recommended. Charleston estate on my feature wall has transformed my lounge combined with elephant breath painted furniture and skimming stone walls.

The worst paint I’ve ever used.
If I could give this a negative star, I would. I usually use Sherwin Williams but really wanted to give this a chance to paint a banister because I loved the color so much. No matter what primer or surface I used this on, it “spread” apart instead of adhering to trim and banister. I even tried mixing with plaster. It was way more glossy than other full gloss paints, took 5+ days to get dry without denting. It looks like I smeared MAC lipglass on the banister. I was so upset about spending almost $200 on one gallon, so decided to try and paint a solid wood dresser with it. Tried 2 coats, after letting dry 3-4 days between in summer weather. It scrapes with the slightest fingernail touch. Tried a 3rd and 4th coat and it still scrapes. I’ve tried every combination, sanding, priming, drying time. This finish did not meet expectations in all scenarios. I’m super disappointed and would highly recommend against this brand, especially full gloss finish.

Broken tin got Manor House Grey
The order tin was bashed - the colour not in stock used Manor House gray. On a beige undercoat - top coat finished in two coats ( one wall windows and another en-suite - but still more than a quarter left in a 2.5 litre tin . Flat surface house 1845. So perfect -

Great quality paint
We have a kitchen which was painted by the manufacturer with Charleston Grey Estate Eggshell. We installed this last year and purchased 2.5L of paint for various accessories including a custom made built in cabinet. We also it to touch up edges on the cabinets and it was a perfect match. The latest tin we purchased was a little lighter in colour which was a bit disappointing but the quality is still excellent

Undertones
I like the color, a little more purple undertones than what I thought.
