This Slipper Satin no.2004 silk sheen estate eggshell paint has been specially designed to give a durable and long-lasting finish on a range of surfaces. Simply apply 2 coats with a brush, roller or spray and leave for 2 hours to dry - a great way to give the surfaces additional protection. Covers up to 9m² per 750ml on average.

Nice warm beig
I chose this colour in modern emulsion for the living room and dead flat for the hall and stairs, loved it. It looks different in every single light and time of the day but always nice. Matches perfectly my decor.

Great colour, great finish
I'm not great at painting so prefer the easier finishes eg estate emulsion which was easy to go over missed spots and cut in etc giving me a result that was pretty good. On the other end of the spectrum are gloss paints which I wouldn't use again, and Modern Eggshell which was somewhere in between for ease of use. I loved the colour and it went really well with Ball Green emulsion on the walls.

Sample pot
Colour was suggested on website to complement Old White on walls. Used on woodwork and looks great. Samples arrived quickly, well packaged and ample quantities for testing.

A nice soft colour
I tested 3 whites and this was the one I went with, to repaint woodwork (though I chose the modern eggshell finish to do the full job). It complimented the Ball Green on the walls and wasn't too bright or stark. It's supposed to be a chalky white but next to the green it read very slight grey green undertones.. to me anyway!
