Beautiful paint, stunning colours

Beautiful colour and fantastic finish, I used this colour as a feature wall and on the other walls used F&B Roasted Macadamia, absolutely stunning paired together

Purple in the sun

We painted a small dining room in Tanners Brown, and ended up immediately repainting it in another color. In the sun, it became very purple. It doesn’t feel very brown or warm.

LOVE this color

We used this color for doors and stair railings and I just love it. When we first chose this color our painter thought he would save us money and without our approval tried to color match it. It was HORRIBLE and we told him to use the REAL THING and it was stunning! It's a beautiful dark brown at night and during the day the undertones come through. I'm so glad we chose this color!!

Old bath vanity update - WOW

Ugly golden oak vanity turned into a beauty! Black nickel hardware is perfect compliment to Tanner’s Brown.

I love this colour in my entrance hall and stairs

I used Tanners Brown on the bannisters, dado rail and door frames in my entrance hall and on landing. It's stunning. Everyone who comes into the house loves it but cannot put their finger on the fact that it's dark brown: people see aubergine, or dark grey. It's so smart and warm, I'm kind of in love with it. Also going to use the leftover low gloss from the woodwork to paint a strip around the kitchen units on the walls instead of tiling, and then do Setting Plaster above on the walls. I think it will look fab. Deep chocolate, makes you want to lick it!

Love this colour.

This a gorgeous, rich brown with more than a hint of purple. Goes beautifully with Joa’s White.

Like coloured water!

We bought this a while ago in the modern eggshell. We only just got around to painting a sample card, so we can see how it goes on. We did therefore not use the primer (although we bought some for the project). The result is simply terrible. The paint is really thin, and it appears to have hardly any pigment. It is like a watercolour wash! You can see all the brushmarks as well. I'm now not sure whether to go ahead with the project (stair railings). The colour is lovely and just what we wanted. It is very much like an extremely dark wood. We had been storing it indoors over this hot summer, so the tin got hot, but I can't see why that should effect the pigment - ie make most of it disappear into something colourless!
