Farrow & Ball Modern emulsion paint is a durable and versatile choice – suited to bathrooms, kitchens and busy areas. This tin covers up to 35m² per 2.5 litres on average.
- Surface Preparation - All surfaces to be painted must be sound, clean, dry & well prepared. The correct Farrow & Ball Primer & Undercoat should be used before the topcoat is applied. Stir contents well before use & apply 2 topcoats.
- Suitable for Ceilings & walls

Not the best paint I’ve used given the cost
Given the cost of this product I was very disappointed in how poor it was to apply and cover. I needed three coats over a light coloured undercoat. Admittedly, the finished colour was nice and even, but really hard work to get there. I wish now I’d used a paint mixed to this colour like Valspar or Dulux Trade. I won’t use F&B again.

Bancha and Lime White - great colour combination.
Gorgeous colour, looks great on the chimney breast wall, the Bancha goes perfectly with the Lime White used on the remaining walls. Would definitely recommend, great quality paint.

Wonderful colour but sticky
Lovely depth of colour. However, after second coat, the surface became very sticky and hasn't dried properly. Delivery was slow.

Gorgeous Paint for Built-Ins
My dad and I built custom bookshelves around my fireplace. I spent a long time finding the right green for our masterpiece. Bancha ended up being even better than I could have imagined. A truly gorgeous and dynamic color. I’m happy that I hired professional painters for the job, b/c the high gloss was tricky and required three full coats. I think I could have saved money with a generic primer, but I’m glad I forked out the $$$ for this paint.
