Modern Eggshell is Farrow & Ball’s toughest interior finish, adding colour and protection to wood, metal, and concrete surfaces. This ultra-durable eggshell is tough enough for floors, and it can also be used throughout the home on skirting, doors, kitchen cabinets, furniture, and radiators.
- Suitable for use on Metal, plaster & wood surfaces
- Instructions for Storage - This product is water based and should be protected from frost and extreme temperatures. We recommend using within 6 months of purchase and are unable to accept responsibility for the deterioration of contents or packaging after this date. This product contains preservatives to protect from spoilage under normal conditions. To minimise contamination and provide maximum shelf life we recommend that the product is decanted into a clean paint kettle before use and all tools are thoroughly cleaned before and after each use. Repeated opening and use can increase the risk of microbial contamination; therefore we recommend keeping this to a minimum to maximise the shelf life of the product.

Warm and welcoming
We bought a tester pot to try the colour for our entrance hall and stair way. It’s perfect and we will be purchasing soon to be begin decorating.

You get what you pay for
I generally use F&B paints as they have always provided the colour I am looking for and stand up well to a certain amount of wear and tear, we are not a particularly careful household. Life is for living. I have quite a handful of paint suppliers colour charts that I always look at but F&B comes up trumps nearly every time. I've just painted over another very well known paint supplier's offering as it has not worn well and was certainly not worth the money.

LET THE SUN SHINE!
Delightful color and easy to apply-smooth and drip free. Consistently warm and cheerful. Not TOO bright, but very uplifting for the 2:30 AM rise time of this household. Makes the room look much more spacious and nicely complements the southwestern theme of the space.

Dayroom yellow sample pot
Just by using this small sample pot, I can see the beautiful depth of colour. When dried, the paint has a nice feel to it, almost silky smooth, even though it is a matt paint. !

Success - Dead Flat Dayroom Yellow
Coverage was great on all the surfaces, went on like a dream, dried quickly. Despite my family’s initial reservations around overall effect and ongoing comments around cost, I am loving my colour drenched room and they are having to concede that it looks good! 😊

Great Paint
I have used many F&B paints and I have to say, I'm never disappointed! The photos online don't do this color justice. It's rich and warm while also soft and not too bright. We used it on our baseboards and window trim and couldn't be happier.

Top quality product
Beautiful paint to work with, lovely soft yellow. Thick and creamy, no drips or odour. Covers well with one coat. Used in a sunny piano studio.
