Modern Eggshell is Farrow & Ball’s toughest interior finish, adding colour and protection to wood, metal, and concrete surfaces. This ultra-durable eggshell is tough enough for floors, and it can also be used throughout the home on skirting, doors, kitchen cabinets, furniture, and radiators.
- Instructions for Storage - This product is water based and should be protected from frost and extreme temperatures. We recommend using within 6 months of purchase and are unable to accept responsibility for the deterioration of contents or packaging after this date. This product contains preservatives to protect from spoilage under normal conditions. To minimise contamination and provide maximum shelf life we recommend that the product is decanted into a clean paint kettle before use and all tools are thoroughly cleaned before and after each use. Repeated opening and use can increase the risk of microbial contamination; therefore we recommend keeping this to a minimum to maximise the shelf life of the product.

Dorset cream

FANTASTIC, FAST delivery!!
Great paint....as usual. I would have like to have bought a 1 litre or 1.5 litre tin. Fantastic FAST Delivery!!! My wife was DESPERATELY disappointed that the delivery van didn't have FARROW & BALL written, in large lettering on its flanks. Hahaha!

Great paint
Lovely colours and covers well. Water solubility makes cleaning brushes and spills much easier :-)

Cheer up weather then paint can be applied
Only managed a test patch, weather not being kind for outdoor painting but the colour is amazing and finish super glossy

Quality paint
Fabulous! Quality paint, easy to paint. It spreads eavenly and gives great covering. Not even needing to mix it with paint stick as it has no watery liquid on top when you open the tin. Perfect color! Worth the money as I look at my walls! Dedicated fan of F&B!!!

Couleur gaie et élégante
Achetée en finition Exterior masonry pour repeindre une façade extérieure en ancien enduit ciment peu esthétique et triste. Le résultat est superbe, très peu de brillance ce qui donne une ressemblance avec les anciens badigeons à la chaux, la couleur est lumineuse et délicate entre ocre jaune et sable. Un coup de soleil raffiné! Par contre : Attention sur ancien enduit, prévoir le double de quantité et don un budget conséquent !Nous n’avons couvert avec peine 25 m2 avec le pot de 5 l.

Back to the future with Dorset Cream
After a long trip around other makes and colours of paints I am firmly back to all my old favourites of 20+ years ago, I love FB Dorset Cream which is far deeper, more complex and modern than the name suggests and makes any room (a smallish guest room in this case) look like summer. I’m also back in love with Bone which is the sort of colour only FB gets right and perfect - and if you’re ever planning on taking them out of the Archive, I long again for Light Stone and Stone Green
