Modern Eggshell is Farrow & Ball’s toughest interior finish, adding colour and protection to wood, metal, and concrete surfaces. This ultra-durable eggshell is tough enough for floors, and it can also be used throughout the home on skirting, doors, kitchen cabinets, furniture, and radiators.
- Suitable for use on Metal, plaster & wood surfaces
- Instructions for Storage - This product is water based and should be protected from frost and extreme temperatures. We recommend using within 6 months of purchase and are unable to accept responsibility for the deterioration of contents or packaging after this date. This product contains preservatives to protect from spoilage under normal conditions. To minimise contamination and provide maximum shelf life we recommend that the product is decanted into a clean paint kettle before use and all tools are thoroughly cleaned before and after each use. Repeated opening and use can increase the risk of microbial contamination; therefore we recommend keeping this to a minimum to maximise the shelf life of the product.

Ecological-friendly paint
Had this colour for over 20 years. Repainted lounge again with it. Looks nice and fresh. Like the ecological friendly aspects of the paint.

Excellent paint and long lasting
We have always used Farrow and Ball paint. It is well suited to our Edwardian house and looks good for many years.

Lovely green
Beautiful colour, I’d call it a lemony green! As a heritage colour I was a bit worried it would take too long to arrive, but was with us within a couple of days.

Your photos don't do Pale Hound justice!
In a recent email you feature Pale Hound as a 'yellow'. And all the photos show it as a shade of cream yellow - which would NEVER appeal to me and I'd never consider using it! But yet I ADORE Pale Hound. It's my favourite of all favourites... because in most lights it isn't really yellow, it is just as much a lovely creamy GREEN. And many people compliment me on it and ask what it is. The point I'm making is that you aren't doing Pale Hound justice! Please show the other side of its personality properly too - the subtle green side. If you do this, then Pale Hound will find many new devotees amongst those of us who are looking for the perfect gentle soft creamy green for our walls!

Pale Hound Perfection
Pale Hound is the perfect shade for outdoor furniture. A sunlit lemony white. The quality of the paint is superb, standing up to rain and sun.
