Farrow & Ball Modern Emulsion paint is a tough, easy-to-clean finish – suited to bathrooms, kitchens and busy areas. This tin covers up to 30m² per 2.5 litres on average. Pavilion Gray is a mid-grey tone with subtle blue undertones. It feels particularly at home in contemporary spaces, where it creates a feeling of airiness and spaciousness. Try it with any combination of Manor House Gray, Dimpse or Blackened for a simple scheme.
- Surface Preparation - All surfaces to be painted must be sound, clean, dry & well prepared. The correct Farrow & Ball Primer & Undercoat should be used before the topcoat is applied.
- Instructions for Storage - Protect from frost & extreme temperatures. Best used within 6 months of purchase.

Lovely colour and coverage
I was a bit hesitant to buy this product at first because of the price but I’m so glad I did now. The coverage is amazing and if I’d have been a better painter, just one coat would have been enough. The colour is lovely, such a nice light grey. Would be more than happy to buy this product again and I’m already looking at more colours in farrow and ball for the rest of my house.

Great Paint
We have bought F & B paint for a number of years now and rate it highly. Easy to apply and gives a long lasting finish, so, although expensive to begin with, it lasts a long time, so works quite reasonable.
