Modern Eggshell is Farrow & Ball’s toughest interior finish, adding colour and protection to wood, metal, and concrete surfaces. This ultra-durable eggshell is tough enough for floors, and it can also be used throughout the home on skirting, doors, kitchen cabinets, furniture, and radiators.
- Suitable for use on Metal, plaster & wood surfaces
- Instructions for Storage - This product is water based and should be protected from frost and extreme temperatures. We recommend using within 6 months of purchase and are unable to accept responsibility for the deterioration of contents or packaging after this date. This product contains preservatives to protect from spoilage under normal conditions. To minimise contamination and provide maximum shelf life we recommend that the product is decanted into a clean paint kettle before use and all tools are thoroughly cleaned before and after each use. Repeated opening and use can increase the risk of microbial contamination; therefore we recommend keeping this to a minimum to maximise the shelf life of the product.

Love Farrow and Ball Paint
I order Farrow and Ball paint on click and collect and was not disappointed. Fantastic paint I always use and being able to get it from B & Q is fantastic

Spiral staircase
Delivery took 5 days which was longer than I expected these days and no dispatch confirmation email received. However, I’m very pleased with the transformation and hoping it’s as hard wearing as it’s suppose to be, time will tell. The spiral staircase took 3+ coats as the first coat didn’t go on that well but that may be due to the paint choice previously used despite sanding where we could. I also had to use a torch to check I had everywhere covered as being black it just showed as all painted but very different with the torch. I bought a 2.5l tub and have plenty left so it goes a long way.

Quality Paint.
As we had painted our white upvc windows black, we repainted our front door, previously Charleston Gray, in Pitch Black and it is just the perfect black (couldn't bear to part ways with Charleston Gray so painted the masonry with it) and as always with F&B, the quality of the paint is exceptional.

Pitch black
Love it. Was concerned it wouldn’t be sturdy enough with three dogs but it just wipes up as good as new. Was so pleased with the results of my first project that I painted my bedroom furniture with it too!

Lovely paint easy to apply
Lovely paint,easy to apply and looks great,we wanted it to match some furniture we had from Top Furniture and it matches perfectly. This paint goes a long way,brush or roller.

Pitch Black Dead Flat
I have painted a lot of walls and ceilings and used all different brands of paint and i have to say this the best paint I have ever used. Its kind of pricey but you get what you pay for and this is the best!
