You can apply this opaque shed and fence treatment from the Ronseal Fence life range to all rough sawn and smooth planed sheds and fences, using a brush, to colour and provide protection. It takes 1 hour to dry and will cover up to 6 m² per litre on average.

- Ronseal fence life plus+ can be used on all rough sawn and smooth planed sheds and fences. It'll stand up to rain, frost and snow and won't lose its colour in the sun. With 2 coats on rough sawn or 3 coats on smooth planed wood the colour will last for up to 5 years. Even better, you have the choice to brush it or spray it on and it can be applied to damp wood.

A bit to thin
I bought this product recently, I stirred it thoroughly in between coats after 4 coats it was still streaky, when it was dry the willow color was dark blue/green. I would not use this product again.

Good colour, and does the job.
Used to colour and protect a 12x8 ft community shed on our village allotments. It is quite watery and you need to apply about 4 coats to make sure of decent coverage. We bought more than we needed and 2x 5lt would have been enough for our 12 x 8 shed. Recommend it

Dont buy
This product from ronseal is a let down very watery and leaves dark paint lines i sending back and sending a direct complaint to ronseal

Not true colour on tin
It's definitely a blue colour not green as on tin. However we do quiet like it. I did 3 coats on new fence panels(not pictured) but needed 4 coats on older panels which I thought would need less (pictured) I've still to do the 3rd coat and finish but photo shows how patchy it is after just 3 coats compared to 4. I would and have brought again, but if i were to buy another colour I would definitely buy a tester first! And would suggest anyone looking at this buy a tester first, especially if wanting a specific colour.

Utter Rubbish
Don't know how this can be called paint just like coloured water, have covered the shed with 4 coats and it's so patchy it's a joke would take another 4 coats and still not be good, thought Ronseal was a trusted make not anymore last time I buy a Ronseal product.

Great paint
The weather has been devine so what better time to start the fence panels. OK it took some time as I have over 35 panels. But application was easy

It worked for me!
I’ve just used this to repaint a fence that was a warm brown colour. Yes it took 3/4 coats (as the tin says it should) but it has covered brilliantly, and the finish and colour are both spot on. Have patience!

Doesn't do what it says on the tin.
I bought this to coat my new smooth sawn timber shed, the instructions advise three coats for coverage, tried in a small area and allowed to dry before reapplying, after three coats it barely looks coated, all but the faintest hue of colour. Now I have to take it back to B&Q, a 20 mile round journey for me, and try to get a refund so I can purchase something that will do what it says on the tin. This Is absolute rubbish Ronseal, it's like trying to paint a wall with milk and expecting it to go white.

Totally rubbish
So the whether came around thourght I could get the fence painted quickly and done with, i ended up spraying the panels 3 times and even then the wood colour was coming through, too much paint wasting as you have keep over the the same spot to get the result you want! Then the paint ran out! So I’m off get the brushable version, stick to what works! Don’t bother honestly!!!

Don’t buy it’s just like water ! After 5 coats I gave up !
