Great product
I needed this to extend the fittings on a new tap, it was perfect, I just needed to shorten it. The guy who helped me in the store in York could not have been more helpful and I wouldn’t have been able to find this without his help as it’s not it’s primary use.

I needed a longer than average bolt and this is it
I bought this product because I needed a couple of long bolts to go through a brick wall and a large fence post in order to anchor the fence to the wall. The product is superb, but it would be very helpful if in store, you could place the correct sized nuts next to this item.

Remember to put the nuts on before cutting the rod so that they remake the thread that gets mangled

Emergency Repair of a gate post
I bought this threaded rod to repair a broken gate post by fixing it to a concrete post. The job was very successful so I did not need to replace the gate post at all.
