Tough and great value for money
Bought a pair of these to replace the steel ones on my sack-truck. Saved me more than double what they cost (to replace the whole truck). As mine often gets wet, the steel wheels rot the inner tubes, this type will last a lot longer and are simple to fit with a bit of steel tube and a split-pin. This is the second time I've used them, the other trolley I fitted them to is still going strong.

Nice wheel comes without centre
Good to buy wheel but no spindle for centre and no indication to say you need one
