No issues
I purchased this as a replacement and has met my expectations.

Avoid at all costs
Replaced a bath and needed a new p-bend. This was utter dross and doesn’t connect to the bath securely. Thought it was me and have tried countless times but seeing all these reviews this is so clearly poorly made it’s the product not the user. You’d have thought that b&q would stop selling them when they don’t work but hey-ho, that’s why I’m leaving a bad review so you hopefully avoid and buy better quality!

Useless, leaks all over the place
I didn't read any of the reviews before buying, i wish i had. It's only been installed a week & it's leaking from 2 joints, the threads are rubbish & simply don't seal.

not "fit" for purpose
WHY do B&Q continue to sell something that is evidently useless ?? Do they even read these reviews and take note of what customers, and probably experienced DIY'ers are saying??

Terrible leaky product
Threads don't align and leak really badly. Avoid these. I replaced them with McAlpine P traps and no leaks since

Total waste of money.
Terrible product. Leaks like a sieve. Poorly made, threads don't mate together at all and will strip even doing up with your fingers. Ended up using the river seals on the old waste pipe. At least that fitted together properly. Avoid.

Doesn't seal very well
Recently tried two of these and both leaked even after putting PTFE tape on threads and sealing with plumber's putty

Very Poor fit
The nut to bath fitting is poorly made and fractionally too big so can't be tightened fully without skipping off the thread. Definitely won't buy Floplast again.

poor seals,
I bought this to redo the plumbing under my kitchen sink, Which I have had trouble geting it to tighten up onto the kitchen sink soak away/drain, and I have had to put five round of plumbers tape round then screw it on, and it did finally screw tight (HAND TIGHT ) as when I tried without the Plumbers tape, I held the thing against the sinks soak away/drain and tried to tighten it, but it would screw so far then like jump and come totally undone again, I would not mind, but this wasa the coorect size for my sink, and once on, and sorted with the plumbers tape arond the tread the sinks drain, it has finally allowed me to get the job finished,

Easy fitting
Golden rule; don't let the wife take the u bend fitting off to clean it. Losing a washer in the process I had to nip to our local B&Q and picked a new fitting up very easily, and fitted it very quickly. If I can fit one, anyone can.
