Brilliant fire
Good looking fire which warms the room quickly. The only downside is the control being very lowdown and difficult to access.

Outstanding Product For Exceptional Value
Purchased this product a few months ago and it is absolutely amazing. Gas fires which were not half as good were being sold for double/triple price. I have a large room which heats up very swiftly.

Great fire and feels safe!
This fire was a serious upgrade from an open chimney flue gas fire to this im amazed! The fire is beautiful in design, lights well, keeps the warmth in and warms the room quickly. What I didnt realise and which was an added bonus was there is a glass screen Infront of the flames which makes me feel safer you can't tell unless you get close but I think its brilliant and another reason why is so efficient!

Serious value for money
Excellent product for the money given that most high efficiency fires are twice this price. Only 10% is lost up the chimney, as opposed to 40 with most usual gas fires. It has a double piezo lighting so if it doesn’t hit the pilot light first time, it gets it next. That said, the fire always lights first time, within minutes the room is warm. The has fitter was very impressed with this fire and it’s pressure testing, it’s a 5kw fire but was showing 5.15 on test equipment. Definitely a good purchase.

Great heat!
The fire was a straight swap into the fireplace with the old fire. It looks great, heats up very quickly soon warming the room, and a lot of the rest of the house when we leave the lounge door open. It uses a lot less gas than the old fire. It's excellent value compared with other suppliers fires, it's easy to use, and it looks really good.

Great Product
I have purchased 2 fires, one for the lounge and one for the dining room. They work excellently & keep the room lovely and warn even on the low heat settings

Excellent product with great features
Having reviewed this several times. Purchased and no regrets. Great fire and would recommend
