Very poor fitting
Very poor fitting. The fire surround would not fit flush as magnets did not connect. When coals were inserted the problem was even worse. Contacted the care team at focal point and they were less than helpful. Definitely would not purchase another focal point fire.

Poor Quality
Poor quality very tarnished and the ash pan didn’t fit properly. Requested replacement parts They came with 48 hrs and were no better then the original. Emailed company requesting them to resend to be told each fire is uniquely made the tarnished black marks are meant to be like that!! We believe it’s poorly manufactured and not inspected before boxed and set to us or stores. I have requested another ash pan due to health and safely as it doesn’t hold on pms e very well

Very impressed with fire. Very warm and good quality. Excellent customer service from focalpoint fires as well.

I bought the fire surround set three weeks ago and I'm quite pleased with it fixing to the wall could have been better thought of a had to make some adjustments
