My partner bought this fire surround looks nothing like on the picture just plain not with any different grains of wood like on the picture

Not what I thought.
Ordered the fireplace thinking that it looked really good. It looks nothing like the picture. It lay in the garage for about a month while decorating. As soon as i opened it I thought it didn't look right but I built it anyway. Better than what we had but not like the picture. Looks like a totally different model.

Great fire surround
Bought this today, delivery was quick, arrived within 2 days of order. Pleased with the fire surround, not quite oak effort, as described in the write up, but well made, and easy to put together. I'm very pleased with this, and the price is very good.

its not oak colour!
quick delivery, easy to assemble, good quality, but it definitely is not oak colour! its more of an oak with a grey wash over it!! its nothing like the picture.... be warned!

Oak effect?
This item comes in 2 colours, I thought I’d received the grey one in error. Apparently not colour wise the picture bares no relation to the actual product which is a pinkish grey. Quality wise / ease of build not bad.
