Great but Damaged
A great product, though it came with slight damage. So slight it is only noticeable to myself whilst assembling, but damage nonetheless.

Surrounded
I brought this fire surrounded last month, I do love it! even if I had some of the slate lose in the box which wasn’t ideal, but it wasn’t a problem the person who fitted it for me just popped it back into place, when it was delivered it did have a hole in the box which did worry me a-bit but all came good in the end!

Fire surround
I bought this surround after waiting a few weeks for it to come back into stock. It was delivered within a week. It was a 2 man delivery as one box was very heavy. It has to be assembled which took 2 of us well over an hour to assemble. It was a bit of a hassle but it was worth it as it looks very nice now its in use.

Perfect item
I am so pleased with this item it makes such an improvement to my living room and the lights are an extra bonus quick delivery which was tracked and on time courier very good this was self assemble and was not hard to put together but 2 people are needed to hold the slate whilst fitting couldn’t be happier with this product

Nice looking surround
I bought this and once opened the tiles were broke. I called bnq and within 1 week I had a new surround delivered. Looks amazing and good quality my son put it together within a hour

Beautiful addition
Despite some reviews to the contrary we found it reasonably easy to erect and once installed has transformed our lounge

Nightmare to build
This fire surround is not easy to build. Slates had fallen off the side panels.
