Looks great
I bought this last week and it looks great and gives out lots of heat. Love it!!!

Difficult
Difficult to decide how many stars for this. It is a really good fire. Lots of heat but. You have to remove the bottom of the fire to switch it on and there’s no advice as to how to fix the bottom section on. We are currently using magnets but it’s not a very efficient way of doing it. Be interesting to see if B&Q actually read this and respond.

Would have given a 5 star rating but
Lovely fire and gives off plenty of heat. Unfortunately the lower front panel does not seem to attach itself to the fire surround. We have put magnets to overcome this but I’m sure that’s not how it should work. We had a professional installation and even he didn’t know.
