2 Mantlepiece's delivered both damaged/faulty
I bought this product. Unfortunately, although packaged seemingly very well, the item was badly damaged. A large split in the wood that was unsightly and not possible to repair. It being a natural product you can expect slight flaws however the split was about 18 inches in length and deep into the wood. I rang to return the item but was offered a replacement, I accepted a replacement however when opened a similar fault/level of damage was found. I have arranged for both mantlepieces to be collected/returned (note the first item has not been collected yet) and await a refund. We are very disappointed.
