Very poor quality control.
Just received this, this morning to find a screw sticking out through the mantle of the surround. (See photos). This is something which should have been picked up at quality control prior to leaving the factory. There is really no excuse for this level of poor quality, and unfortunately it sticks with Trade Point from whom I purchased this. It's OK Trade point telling me it will be replaced, but it means I have to repackage the item, wait for a call to arrange collection and then wait for a replacement. Not good.

Quality product!
This fire surround has now been fitted and I am delighted with it. My builder who fitted it, and I, were most impressed with the quality. It is solid and well made and extremely good value for money.

Good but broken
First one arrived battered and broken, second arrived battered and broken so gave up. Was a nice design, just a shame they couldn't get it out the warehouse in one piece.
