Reasonable value for money
The capping rail really finishes off the close boarded fence I have. None of the rails was bent so all were usable.

Terrible quality
Poor quality, inconsistent lengths & lots of staples that had to be removed. Cheap for a reason!

Fence Capping
The cappings are made from basic quality wood and are good for repairs to old fences. GOOD VALUE.

Very badly finished
We bought two lengths of this capping for some trellis. One piece had machine gouges all along its length and a bow at one end caused by a large knot. The other piece also had machine gouges but not quite so bad and at least it was mostly straight.

Shape of a banana
If your fence panels are curved then this is the capping for you, if not, then avoid. I bought and returned these as each one was curved. Looked for suitable replacements, but every single one on the shelf was curved, and not just slightly. Avoid.
