Trusted brand kitchen mixer tap
This is a solid feel and quality kitchen mixer tap from a well known brand so I know I can get spares if needed in the future.

Review after 7 years
This is an excellent tap. I’ve had it 7 years and am prompted to review having seen a couple of damning reviews. Our tap is commercial use, replaced one valve after a few years and just about to replace the tip filter that is working but cracked. It is still pristine, good chrome, tight neck swivel and taps - a centrepiece quality tap

Franke kitchen tap
Excellent product - quality piece of kit. Good powerful flow on both hot & cold taps with nice champagne effect. Good all round swivel & pivot. Highly recommend. Bought to replace a Grohe equivalent which we had to return as the hot flow was only a dribble & barely allowed the boiler to kick in taking 4 minutes to fill a bowl of water & the tap barely swivelled. Stick with the franke - a great choice

Franke taps are badly designed and leak.
I had a kitchen installed a few years ago using Franke sinks and taps. For the price I was paying I thought I'd get decent quality taps and the attached side spray unit. The side spray started leaking after four and a half years. Unfortunately, by the time I decided to rectify this, the 5 year guarantee had expired. I spoke to Franke who explained that it was just outside the guarantee period so they refused to replace it. My fault for not acting quickly enough. I argued that it was a design flaw in that the whole spray head had to be replaced when a washer or internal part wore out. The manager at Franke did offer a slight discount but I feel that they should have replaced the unit as this was a design flaw. I've also seen other reviews mention these expensive Franke taps leaking after a few months so buyer beware. You certainly don't get what you pay for with Franke.

Don' purchase
Bought this 5 years ago. After a couple of months it was dripping. Franke replaced the valves. Since then we have had to removed the valves 4 times due to dripping After watching a YouTube video, we soak them in white vinegar for around 3/4 hour and this cured it - for a while. Not anymore, though, it's leaking again, plus the aerator needs replacing and the vinegar didn't work.

Goods great. But will not last. Drip, drip, drip..
This “premium” tap has lasted way less than all the others I had as packages with a kitchen or bathroom. It will start to drip and this seems to be a very common problem. Sort your quality out please Franke.

Very poor product for the money
The chrome has fogged, we have already replaced the cartridges and now it leaks from the swivel. Having to buy a new one after 18 months.

Drips continually
We bought this product a few years back but after a year it started to drip continually and from reading others reviews it seems to be a common problem so , although it was easy to use , I went for a more expensive tap which was technically superior.
