Both doors come scratched
I'm now waiting my 5th week to have these doors removed, should always look after your customers

Wrong handle size
I bought this in march 24, cannot yet fault the door having installed it yeaterday. But the handle ia completely off, could not use it as it is for a diffetent sized door. I read this particular review on this budget door at B&Q, but could not believe it. Well, believe it!

Door fits, lock doesn't
This door looks good & my builder was able to fit it OK, but we can't get the locking mechanism to work. It shuts, but doesn't lock. I think one or two other people reported similar issues, but I decided to go with the door, because it seemed good value. Alas, I have fallen foul of the dodgy door lock. Dear B&Q, what can I do?

Ideal door but handles don’t fit
Bought this last week got it started the installation and the handles do not fit the bar is too big to fit in the handle now am stuck with a door and no locks great stuff b&q :@

Try to change door handle
I bough5 one of these doors two years ago good door can’t fault recently the door handle has started to drop so thought I will buy new handle swap over should be hard but to my surprise these handles none standard has centres of 195 with handle to key 85 mm standad centres are 215 and 85 or 95 easy to get there are also 122mm centres and I have tried every we’re including b and q them selves do not sell handles separate with out buying door so make sure you look after the handles

Excellent quality door.
Excellent quality door and very good value for money. Unfortunately the back up phone support was non existent! The door was locked probably happened in transit but no good explanation given. Tried the online help but unfortunately unable to help. Phoned a the helpline, left a message on the answering machine, still waiting for a reply! Fortunately there is a B&Q store relatively close by and the sales assistant on the trade counter was very helpful explaining that the door needed to be unlocked. He explained how by using an allan key in the lock. Shame this information wasn't provided in the instructions!!

Very good value door if it can fit
I bought this door to replace the garage door. The door is heavy and delivery was quick. One small corner was chipped in transit but our fitter still managed to fit it. The door comes with: 1) Sill, 2) Multi point locking system, 3) Door handles 4) 2 keys The door and frame is sturdy and offers great value for money if the door measurement fit in to the opening. I would highly recommend this.
