Looks great but may not be very durable
I used this to hide some unsightly cracks along the bottom of my skirting board. It's easy to cut and fit in around radiator pipes, but the "fully finished" surface seems quite flimsy. It was certainly much quicker and easier than installing then painting bare MDF, but only time will tell how durable the finish is.

Nice product
I find this product helps keep the carpet clean in old houses. You can draw dust from under the skirting with a vacuum and this minimises that. Easy to put on and I use this in all my rooms
