Poor quality door that needed hours of extra work
The quality of this door is extremely poor. Even though it states that the door is to stain or varnish it is only really fit for painting as so much filling has to be done. The wood was so rough it took hours to sand smooth enough to varnish. Every one of the beads round the windows was jointed but so badly that gaps were left between the join (see photo). The glass is dry-glazed and poorly fitted so it rattles as the door moves. Pity I bought online as I would never have bought such a poor quality product had I seen it in the store.
