Locks don’t latch
The door frame is fine but the locking mechanism is unusable. It is terrible. None of the locking points are aligned making it impossible to lock.

Very poor quality
Fitted this for a customer. Worst quality I have ever encountered. 1. Holes for handles didn't line up. 2. Thread on one handle didn't exist. 3. No internal metalwork in frame. 4. Frame was perfectly plumb in all directions but had to use all the adjustment in bottom hinge to make it work. 5. Door is bowed from centre downwards. 6. UPVC panel is just plastic and polystyrene. No internal MDF sheet for rigidity. You could easily kick the bottom panel out. 7. Missing hinge caps.

DOUBLE GLAZED DOOR
The door was 30 mm too long so sliced a section of with a circular saw using a steel blade only to find a plastic re-inforcement strip instead of steel, should get me through the spring.

Arrived locked or jammed
I can't open the door, to fit it. It's stuck. I've set aside the bank holiday weekend, I've got good weather and I can't get started. Any advice?

Do not buy, poor mechanism.
I bought this for my back door. We are struggling to close the door even my strong man can't do it!!! The builder said, it's very poor quality so we decided to call the specialist to fix it for us. He said the mechanism is wrong so he replace with 9 lock mechanism and it works like a magic. So don't ever think to buy this door. You will end up spending a hundred pounds more on top.

Awful
Easy to enough to fit but must have spent 7hours over 3 different days trying to get the locks working properly. Ended up taking one of the four locking clips on the frame off just so it would lock easier....which is still a struggle. Wouldn't recommend at all!!!

Very poor locks
Door fitted fine but the locking system is very poor and took 5 hours to get it working, still not easy to lock but the best I could get it. They say it’s factory fitted and adjusted but must have been out of square when built. Also scratches under the protective film on the UPVC. I would not buy another.

Purchased a back door,which was very good quality
Purchased a back door,which was very good quality at a reasonable price. Had a small problem with the lock then it is solved. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Product is great
The door is great value for money. Absolutely delighted with the apprearance quality of the door. The only problem not been able to get extra keys. The whole process was quick and easy. Door was easy to fit and fix.It fitted perfectly. We are so pleased with our new front door. Would recommend definately.thanks
