Great product.
Great product never had any issues been installed 6 months now and wouldn’t go back, it certainly not the most expensive tap but worth every penny from my experience.

Faulty? not faulty
I thought the product was faulty. This product comes with a safety mechanism that if there is no water inside the tank, switching it on will trigger the mechanism and prevent any heating process to happen. Reset button at the bottom to make it works again.

Rubbish!!
First one to instal in new kitchen never worked. Replaced with new one that’s worked for 3 weeks and heater gone now in this one too. Such utter rubbish quality. Seems going for the cheaper options was a bad idea- time to work out how to get a better quality replacement quickly

Great product and great value
I have been using this boiling water tap for the past few months and it works great. Its a hot water boiler and your going to expect the noise of boiling water once every now and again. Great value for the money. I have other experiences of more expensive boilers which have only lasted a short period of time before packing in.

Not the best
This makes a horrible noise like a kettle boiling every few hours and I know people who have more expensive kinds of boiling water tap with no noise
