produits et étude cuisine médiocre
Inadapté, rangement et agencement inadéquat. Conception médiocre. Prend plus de place qu'il offre en rangement, de plus notice efficace comme si il n'y en avait pas. En fait maintenant je m'aperçois des lacunes du magasin pour réaliser quelque chose de fiable. Dommage , les 1eres impressions étaient bonnes , mais aujourd'hui je ne vois rien de probant ou de positif, a part ce fier a un "logiciel" de conception 3D qui lui aussi n'est pas fiable............chercher l'erreur. Plus nous avançons dans le montage, plus nous voyons les erreurs de la conception....bientot c'est les 3/4 de la cuisine qu'il faudra modifier. J'attends de voir le directeur de ce magasin, est il informé de ces lacunes ...... Monsieur le Directeur, j'attend donc votre contact.

Fixation se casse lors du montage
Le produit arrive intact mais lorsque l'on met les casiers une fois le système monté les fixations se cassent et le produit devient inutilisable

Structure pas adaptée
Structure pas adapté. Vendu pour un meuble d'angle 100 cm et façade 40 cm, mais pas prévu pour ça. Vraiment déçu

Facile à monter
J'ai mis 2h à le monter, bien plus rapide que l'ancien système distribué par Casto j'avais mis 6h.. pour l'instant semble robuste. Dommage qu'il n'y aucun prépercage verticaux pour au moins caler la cote en profondeur (il ne se colle pas à la paroi du fond). Et on perd un peu de place au fond. Enfin il manque un peu de réglage sur la façade pour la remettre bien d'aplomb, j'ai changé 2 vis en haut.Sinon satisfait je recommande.

Best pullout I have ever fitted (37 years exp)
Whoever write these are bad hasn't a clue what they are talking about!!! I can only imagine it was because you got one that may of been damaged. I have been a kitchen fitter for over 37 years and these are HANDS DOWN he best, and most robust pullouts I have ever used!! They are the only ones I recommend to my customer now. Forget Kessebohmer, nowhere near as good. The only trip I would ive. Do NOT fasten the door to it, have it so you open the door on the hing and then open the pullout with the bar or handle. With any pullout, doors go out of whack or drop after time... Take that out of the equation and they will last forever!!

Acheté il y a 5 ans, cassé 4x!
Ce système est brillant dans sa conception mais dans la pratique il est pas bon du tout. terriblement difficile à monter. Après avoir réussi le montage vous êtes content de ce gain d'espace et praticité sauf.... quelques mois d'utilisation et bam ! un joint cassé. Mon mari bricoleur repare. Quelques mois après bam ! autre pièce se détache, blablabla. Je vous déconseille ce meuble. Le vendeur Castorama nous avait prévenu et moi je voulais absolument ce meuble. Il est mauvais. ne l'achetez pas sauf si c'est pour pour ouvrir occasionnellement !!!! (alors pq payer ce prix pour du occasionnel ? ) Il est l'a à réparer pour la 5 eme fois ce meuble car faire tourner la garantie c'est un cauchemar aussi. 5 ans depuis l'achat, 5 réparations.

Ou trouver la fiche technique?
N a jamais fonctionné, le tiroir accroche et la porte n a jamais fermé correctement. Castorama doit modifier ce produit car il n est pas optimal en utilisation. Sur le papier ça a l air bien mais la réalité est tout autre. Quelqu un peut mettre le plan de montage svp ? Car je ne l ai plus. Merci

Super idée, mauvais résultat
Plan de montage suivi au millimètre, résultat final catastrophique... La porte reste ouverte de +/- 2cm et le système se chevauche de 4 mm à l'intérieur ce qui empêche le bon fonctionnement globale.
